Pit halts Snorre production

Norway鈥檚 Statoil is to keep its Snorre B platform shut in until an investigation finds the cause of a pit which formed at a subsea template.  The pit, described as 鈥渁n abnormal erosion of mass under the template鈥 was discovered on Saturday (17 May)鈥
