Dana Petroleum is bringing new wells into production in Egypt, through its Joint Venture company Zeitco 鈥 and has also been successful in the 2011 EGPC bidding process.Dana completed the East Zeit A17Z well on 8 September as a successful oil producer鈥
Scott Laing has joined Aberdeen-based Coretrax Technology as BDM. He was previously with MI-Swaco in Egypt.
Stewart Maxwell has been appointed senior applications engineer at Coretrax Technology and will head up the company鈥檚 new wellbore chemicals division in Aberdeen. Another arrival at Coretrax is Scott Laing (pictured), who joins the company鈥
Daljit Gill became COO of Energean Oil & Gas Group, an independent E&P company with operations in Greece and Egypt, on 1 June. He joined from Weatherford International, where he served as VP global business development based in The Netherlands, and had previously worked for Shell and BP.
Dirk Warzecha (pictured) will take over from the retiring Ralf to Baben as COO and an executive director of Hamburg-headquartered RWE Dea on 1 January 2013. Warzecha, a petroleum engineer, is currently GM of RWE Dea Egypt in Cairo.
