Danish company Global Wind Service (GWS) is set to provide offshore installation technicians for the turbine installation at the Deutsche Bucht offshore wind farm in Germany.
GWS will begin supporting MHI Vestas during the installation of 33 8.4MW turbines beginning from June.
"Our experienced offshore installation technicians will be provided for the installation of 33x V164 8MW Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) of MHI Vestas ƶijϻ Wind at Deutsche Bucht ƶijϻ Wind Farm commencing June 2019," said a statement.
Besides providing experienced staff for the installation phase, Global Wind Service is also supporting MHI Vestas ƶijϻ Wind with the pre-assembly activities on Deutsche Bucht through our setup with MHI on ESPF in Esbjerg.

Northland is the 100% owner of the Deutsche Bucht offshore wind project, which is located in the North Sea, more than 100 kilometres from the mainland in the German Exclusive Economic Zone. Approximately 1.1 billion kilowatt hours of climate-friendly electricity are forecasted to be generated per year. This is enough to meet the needs of approximately 328,000 households.
