A2SEA to install Dudgeon

A2SEA's purpose-built offshore installation vessel the Sea Installer is to be used to installed the 67, 6MW Siemens wind turbines on the 402MW Dudgeon ƶijϻ Wind Farm in the UK for Statoil, Masdar and Statkraft.

Work will start on the Dudgeon ƶijϻ Wind Farm, 32km off the coast Norfolk, England, in Autumn 2016, and the farm will provide about 400,000 households with renewable power by 2017, says A2SEA.

The Dudgeon ƶijϻ Wind Farm is owned by Statoil (35%), Masdar (35%) and Statkraft (30%). 

Danish contractor A2SEA has installed more than half of the Northern Europe’s offshore wind farms.
