BW ƶijϻ chairman retires

Dr. Helmut Sohmen has announced his retirement, effective 20 November 2014, as Chairman of the Board of BW ƶijϻ Ltd., which owns and operates floating production systems worldwide. He has served as Chair since 2005.

Andreas Sohmen-Pao has at the same time been elected as the new Chairman of BW ƶijϻ Ltd.

Mr. Carsten Mortensen has been announced as a member of the Board of Directors in BW ƶijϻ Ltd. and he will assume this role effective 1 January 2015. Mortensen has previously been announced as Group CEO of BW Group and he will take up this role from 1 April 2015. He was previously CEO of Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN, following a long career in NORDEN and Maersk.

The Board of Directors of BW ƶijϻ Ltd. now consists of the following Directors:

* Mr. Andreas Sohmen-Pao, Chairman

* Mr. Ronny Johan Langeland, Vice Chairman

* Mr. Carsten Mortensen (from 1 January 2015)

* Mr. Christophe Pettenati-Auzière

* Mr. Maarten R. Scholten

* Ms. Clare Spottiswoode

BW Group Ltd. owns 49.7% of the shares in BW ƶijϻ Ltd.The company has headquarters in both Singapore and Oslo, and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
