IMES wins Bibby frame agreement

Bibby ƶijϻ has awarded a frame agreement for rigging equipment inspection and wire rope management to marine and subsea business IMES following a lengthy and competitive tender process.

The agreement, potentially worth a seven-figure sum, has a duration of three years with a further two, one-year options.

The contract covers Bibby ƶijϻ’s fleet of vessels used to deliver subsea construction, ROV intervention, decommissioning, and inspection repair and maintenance in the North Sea and beyond.

IMES provides lifting and inspection services, wire rope management, engineering and design consultancy and bespoke load measurement products, enables safe operation of cranes, lifting gear and other specialized structures. Headquartered in Aberdeen, IMES provides services to the global energy, defence and industrial market, and has operations in seven UK locations and one in the US.
